REFEREEING at Kalamunda
 

The rapid growth of the KDBA Domestic basketball competition has resulted in a need for both Senior & Junior referees. 
 
KDBA requires all referees to be a minimum of 14 years old before refereeing Domestic games.


Referees are required for all timeslots: Times below are indicative of game times but can change at the decision of the Committee. 
 
Junior timeslots:

Mondays @ 4.30, 5.20 & 6.10. 
Wednesdays @ 5.20 & 6.10. 
Thursdays @ 4.30, 5.20, 6.10, 7.00 & 7.50.


Senior timeslots:

Mondays @ 7.00, 7.50, 8.40 & 9.30.
Wednesdays @ 7.00, 7.50, 8.40 & 9.30.

Referees must complete the Community Referee Course held by BWA at various locations before commencing refereeing at KDBA. Once this course has been completed, on the job training will be provided to successful referees.

If you are over 18 , you must also be able to provide a current Working With Children Card or provide evidence that you have lodged an application before you can start refereeing at KDBA.
